YellowBellies first hit the streets of the greater Milwaukee area in the summer of 2013, serving up made-from-scratch pulled rotisserie chicken sandwiches. So while the truck is no longer a spring chicken, owners and operators Michael and Siobhan Mesenbourg strive to keep things fresh and new.
YellowBellies’ sandwiches are always made with the truck’s signature bread, before getting packed full of fresh, local ingredients and topped off with unique sauces. And why not add hand-cut fries or specialty mac-and-cheese to your order to create a meal that will surely leave you satisfied.
Setting the standard in service, YellowBellies has consistently been named one of the best food trucks in Wisconsin. The recognition doesn’t stop at the local level either, as the truck was also named one of the top 50 food trucks in the country.
